Decision-support software
NightCatalyst provides market information, rankings, catalyst summaries, and related decision-support tools. It does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage services, or guarantees of trading profit. You remain responsible for verifying information and making your own trading decisions.
Data limitations
Quotes, filings, news, options information, rankings, and other data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Market conditions can change before information is displayed.
Subscriptions
NightCatalyst Pro is billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. Stripe processes subscription payments. Customers can manage payment methods and cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation is configured to take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, scrape at unreasonable volume, interfere with security controls, share access credentials, or use NightCatalyst in violation of applicable law or third-party data rights.
Availability
The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Features described as live depend on upstream market-data availability and your subscription status.
No warranty
NightCatalyst is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Trading and investing involve risk, including loss of principal.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date.
